You can complete the Tradeline Virtual Challenge by running or walking. However, it must take place outdoors i.e. sidewalk, street, in a park, on a trail, or at a track.

The Tradeline XPRS Virtual Challenge timeframe is from December 1st to December 5th, 2022. Participating runners must complete their 5 KM distance in a single run activity during one calendar day while using the correct virtual challenge inside the Racemate app while running with their phone. This calendar day must be within the virtual challenge timeframe.

You will need to download the Racemate app. Racemate is available on Google Play and App Store. Once downloaded, go to home screen where you will find available virtual challenges. Select the Tradeline XPRS Virtual Challenge and follow the in-app instructions.

Please be aware that for your run to be valid, you must have selected the correct virtual challenge and pressed start virtual challenge when you intend to start your run. In order to have your distance recorded, you must run with the Racemate app and have your phone with you while running.

A Virtual Challenge is a race that can be run at your convenience during a specified period of time. To participate in the Tradeline Virtual Challenge, log in and sign up for the virtual challenge on the Racemate app and run the distance of the race on any outdoor track or course, wherever you are. To be eligible to win you have to be able to receive your prize from an XPRS store in Egypt before the end of December 2022.

No, you can only run a virtual challenge once. No reruns are available. However, you can participate in as many different challenges as you like.

The prizes for the Tradeline Virtual Challenge are 2 vouchers with a value of EGP3,000 each from Tradeline XPRS. There will be only one male and one female winner. The winners will be randomly picked from the final result leaderboard. The winners will be announced within 24 hours after the end day of the virtual challenge.
