REWARD

Join the 100km challenge. Guarantee your medal after 50km. 6 eligible participants, who have completed the 100km challenge, will be randomly selected to win special prizes. The ranking of the leaderboard is based on the fastest pace.

FOR A VALID TRACK YOU MUST:

– Run/Walk whether outdoor or indoor.
– Complete a minimum distance of 500 meters in a single run/track.
– Have the phone in your pocket, armband, hand, or waist bag.
– Receive any phone calls via headphones or earbuds for best pace reading.

*If any of these conditions are not met, your track will be invalid.
**Any tracks with an unrealistic pace that does not pass our validation algorithm will be invalid.

1. How can I participate in this challenge?

The Challenge is open to everyone worldwide. Go to Racemate app. Find the challenge and press join.

2. When is the Ramadan Virtual Challenge?

The Ramadan Virtual Challenge kicks off on Monday, March 11th at 12:00 am, and lasts until Tuesday, April 9th, 11:59 pm (GMT+2).

3. Do I need to purchase a ticket?

You can purchase your ticket via Racemate app. Racemate is available on Google Play and App Store. Once downloaded, go to the home screen where you will find the available virtual challenges. Select the Ramadan Virtual Challenge and follow the in-app instructions to join and pay. You can purchase your ticket using VISA, Aman, or any e-wallet. Once you have purchased your ticket successfully, you will be able to see that you have joined the challenge and can start participating.
*Your ticket is non-refundable.

4. How do I start the challenge?

Once you join the challenge from the Racemate app, you can press “Start” from inside the challenge. You can also use the free run option. Your distance will automatically get recorded and added to your total distance for the challenge. You must run with your mobile phone while using the Racemate app to record your distance.

5. What is a valid track?

For a track to be valid you must:

Run/ Walk whether outdoor or indoor.
Complete a minimum distance of 500 meters in a single run/track.

Receive any phone calls via headphones or earbuds for best pace reading.

6. What is a Virtual Challenge?

A Virtual Challenge is a running event that can be completed by participants from any location, without the need for a physical presence at a specific location or time. It allows you to run the challenge at your convenience during the specified period of time.

7. Where can I find my virtual challenge results?

Once you complete a valid run, view your progress and the leaderboard within your personal virtual challenge. A result screen and preliminary leaderboard will be available for participants to view. The final leaderboard will be available at the end of the challenge.

8. What are the prizes?

All participants who reach 50KM will grantee a special medal shipped to their address.

The official leaderboard will display the fastest runners and teams.

All participants who join the challenge will earn a digital kilometer badge for every set kilometer milestone. The kilometers badges are given at these achieved distances:

10KM, 20KM, 30KM, 40KM, 50KM, 60KM, 70KM, 80KM, 90KM, 100KM.

Top 3 male and female overall winners and 1 winner from 6 different age groups, representing the top performers in each age group and gender category. The age groups include below 20 years, 20+ years, 30+ years, 40+ years, 50+ years, and 60+ years.

The winners will receive:

A digital certificate with winner badge and KPIs.
Special recognition of winners on Social Media,

The competition’s leaderboard will track and rank participants based on their pace, ultimately celebrating their achievements and showcasing the champions on our social media platforms.

There will be 6 randomly selected winners who will receive cash prizes from Kaching – money manager with a total value of EGP 6,000. We will randomly select 3 male and 3 female winners. The winners will be announced by mid April. The winners will be contacted personally. Please remember to complete your personal Racemate profile, including gender and telephone number, to be able to contact you.

*To be an eligible winner, you must complete the full 100km challenge within the set timeframe.

9. Shipment

Please ensure that you fill in your contact information and address accurately when purchasing the ticket. Kindly note that the ticket price includes the shipment cost of the medal inside Egypt. For international participants, if you would like to receive your medal without incurring international shipping fees, please provide an Egyptian shipping address. Your medal will be delivered within 10-21 days after the challenge ends.
