The leaderboard will rank participants based on their distance.
FOR A VALID TRACK YOU MUST:
– Complete a minimum distance of 500 meters in a single run/track.
– Have the phone in your pocket, armband, hand, or waist bag.
– Receive any phone calls via headphones or earbuds for best pace reading.
*If any of these conditions are not met, your track will be invalid.
**Any tracks with an unrealistic pace that does not pass our validation algorithm will be invalid.

4. How do I start the challenge?
Once you join the challenge from the Racemate app, you can press “Run” from inside the challenge. You can also use the free run option. Your distance will automatically get recorded and added to your total distance for the challenge. You must run with your mobile phone while using the Racemate app to record your distance.
5. What is a valid track?
For a track to be valid you must:
- Run or Walk whether outdoor/indoor.
- Complete a minimum distance of 500 meters in a single run/track.
- Have the phone in your pocket, armband, hand, or waist bag.
- Receive any phone calls via headphones or earbuds for best pace reading.
*If any of these conditions are not met, your track will be invalid.

6. What is a Virtual Challenge?
A Virtual Challenge is a running event that can be completed by participants from any location, without the need for a physical presence at a specific location or time. It allows you to run the challenge at your convenience during the specified period of time.
7. Where can I find my virtual challenge results?
Once you complete a valid run, view your progress and the leaderboard within your personal virtual challenge. A result screen and preliminary leaderboard will be available for participants to view. The final leaderboard will be available at the end of the challenge.
8. What are the prizes?
All participants who join the challenge will earn a digital kilometer badge for every set kilometer milestone. The kilometers badges are given at these achieved distances:
10KM, 20 KM, 30KM, 50 KM, 100 KM, 150 KM, 200 KM, 300KM, 400KM.
Top 3 male and female overall winners and 1 winner from 6 different age groups, representing the top performers in each age group and gender category. The age groups include below 20 years, 20+ years, 30+ years, 40+ years, 50+ years, and 60+ years.
The winners will receive:
- A digital certificate with winner badge and KPIs.
- Special recognition of winners on Social Media,
The competition’s leaderboard will track and rank participants based on the distances they’ve covered, ultimately celebrating their achievements and showcasing the champions on our social media platforms.

9. Shipment
This challenge consists of digital prizes, hence no shipping costs.
